The Edna M. Blum Endowed Scholarship is for NY Residents is open students with an unmet financial need attending colleges/universities throughout the United States.
Candidates must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. The scholarship will provide an award up to $5,000 depending on the financial need of the student as verified by the attending University or College.
Additionally candidates must:
–be from the NYC area (one of the 5 boroughs ONLY)
–be a full time student at an accredited 4 year college or university
–be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
