MALCOLM X SCHOLARSHIP FOR “EXCEPTIONAL COURAGE” 2019

The Malcolm X Scholarship for “Exceptional Courage” is directed towards undergraduate students, who are enrolled at one of the UNCF Institutions. The scholarship was developed by Spike Lee to increase the awareness about the life and contributions of Malcolm X within society. The program will provide scholarship support for students, who have overcome difficult circumstances or challenges in pursuit of their college education. Students can be enrolled in any accredited fields of study at their UNCF institution. Spike Lee was also able to garner support for this scholarship program from Allen Killil, Abkeo Music and Records and other major contributors. The candidates will be required to submit the following documents: On-line Application, Resume, Transcript, Two Essays, Academic Recommendation.

2.5
RESIDENCY STATUS
U.S. Citizen, U.S. national or permanent resident

College Freshman, College Sophomore, College Junior, College Senior, College 5th Year Senior
