John Lennon Endowed Scholarship

The John Lennon Endowed Scholarship program was established by Yoko Ono in the memory of her late husband, the entertainer John Lennon, in partnership with UNCF.

The scholarship program is designed to provide scholarship support to deserving students attending one of the 37 UNCF member institutions.

Eligible applicants must be majoring in Communications, Mass Communications, Mass Media Arts, Music and Performing Arts with cumulative GPA of 3.00 or better.

In addition, for award consideration, applicants must upload their current transcripts, two letter of recommendations and submit the online application by the deadline.

Finalists will receive up to $5000 need based scholarship award in the spring 2019 semester. Based on availability of funds, the scholarship is annually renewable for eligible students.
