Applicants must:
•Be 17 years of age or older at the time of application
•Be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia
•Be enrolled as an undergraduate in accredited post-secondary institution of higher learning for the school year 2019-2020.
•Submit an online written response to the essay question “If you had $100,000 to spend, how would you use it to impact your community?” (250 words or less)
